Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

Each purchased design package applies strictly to one individual room or space. Clients must purchase one separate package per room.
Discounts may be offered for multi-room or multi-apartment projects, subject to written agreement.

2. Design Services Only

All packages include design services only.
They do not include:
– construction or renovation works
– furniture purchase costs
– material costs
– technical or detailed drawings
– contractor supervision
– apartment measurements

The service consists solely of creative interior design recommendations and visual planning (style selection, moodboards, layout planning, and shopping lists).

3. Floor Plan Requirement

A floor plan must be provided by the client. If no floor plan is submitted, the design service cannot be delivered.
Measurement services are not included.

4. Furniture Purchase

Furniture and decor items must be purchased directly by the client, using the client’s own payment method (e.g. credit/debit card).
The company does not carry out purchases or manage budgets on the client’s behalf.

5. Third-Party Services

Any additional services beyond the design package (e.g. delivery, assembly, installation, construction) must be contracted separately between the client and third-party providers.
The company does not assume responsibility for agreements or work performed by such parties.

6. No Returns or Refunds

All design package purchases are final and non-refundable.
Once payment is confirmed, the service is considered delivered, regardless of whether the client proceeds with implementation or not.

7. Intellectual Property

All design materials and visuals remain the intellectual property of the company and may not be reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

8. Timeline & Expiration

Design services must be activated within 3 months of purchase.
Estimated delivery timelines begin only after full payment and receipt of all necessary materials (floor plan, style preferences, etc.).

9. Communication

All communication will be conducted via email or an agreed-upon shared platform (such as WhatsApp, Trello, or Notion).
Client must ensure timely responses to avoid delays.

10. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:
– Providing accurate information about the property (dimensions, layout, constraints)
– Ensuring access to the apartment if needed
– Securing all necessary approvals and permissions for furniture delivery, installation, and utility connections

11. Liability Disclaimer

The company is not liable for any damages, delays, or losses caused by third-party vendors, suppliers, building management, or independent contractors.
